6–8 mint leaves, lightly muddled
1.5 oz Today’s Beverage Key Lime
1.0 oz simple or demerara
3–4 oz soda water
Garnish with a lime slice
Muddle mint gently with syrup in the tin, add Today’s Key Lime infusion, shake with ice,
pour into a Collins glass, top with soda and add more ice as needed. Lime wheel +
slapped mint bouquet on top.
